I am Tia Christina Farese, a 25 year old who has had lifelong food allergies, and I am here to share my journey with you. I am an athlete, a corporate professional, and an avid traveler who refuses to let my food allergies get in the way. I was told by doctors that I would never grow out of my allergies, especially as an adult woman. But, I advocated for myself and I am successfully doing oral immunotherapy for my peanut, cashew, and pistachio allergies. I am excited to share my experiences and hope to help you feel empowered, informed, and less alone.
