Granola and oats are a staple in many healthy diets. They are a great foundation for breakfast foods and also make easy, energizing snacks. However, finding options that are nut-free and safe from cross-contamination can be difficult.

I researched brands and reached out to companies directly to identify nine granola options that are produced in nut-free facilities. As an athlete, nutrition and ingredients are important to me, so I graphed the macros for each option and highlighted clean ingredients.

This post is based on my research and conversations with brands, this is not medical advice. Manufacturing practices can change, so always check product packaging and contact companies directly if you have questions about allergens. I am not responsible for any allergic reactions.
